Huron University College invites you and your guests to attend the conferring of the degrees of Master of Divinity, Master of Theological Studies and Master of Arts (Theology), and the awarding of the Licentiate in Theology.

1:00pm: Holy Eucharist at The Collegiate Chapel of St. John the Evangelist

3:00pm: Theology Convocation Ceremony in The Huron Theatre

4:00pm: Reception in The Medline Student Commons

Huron University invites you and your guests to join us as we celebrate the graduation of Huron’s Class of 2023.

Itinerary – Monday, June 19, 2023

11:00 a.m.  Light lunch in the Quad Courtyard at Huron
12:15 p.m.  Celebration of graduands in the Huron Theatre

The Honourary Degree will be conferred on: Adrienne Arsenault

Once the theatre has reached capacity, guests will be directed to watch the livestream in the Medline Student Commons across the hall from the theatre.

 

Western’s Convocation Ceremony

Following Huron’s celebration, graduands and their guests can make their way to Western’s Alumni Hall for the Convocation Ceremony. This is where students will officially graduate and receive their degrees.

Attention Graduands:

Please note that your regalia order needs to be submitted to Western by May 17, 2023. Please follow this link to submit your order.

International Students Convocation

Congratulations to our International Leaders with Heart – you did it! Now, it’s time to honour your achievements. For international students who want their loved ones to attend Convocation, please complete and submit this form. A letter for each guest who will be attending will be issued to the student by the President. This letter is required for the travel VISA application process for that guest, and it is the student’s responsibility to ensure this letter reaches their guest on time to complete the process.
