Professor, Management and Organizational Studies

Donna Kotsopoulos, PhD
Teaching and learning is also about the in-between spaces – beyond the lecture hall. Supporting student success involves building relationships between people and between ideas.

At Huron, we are intentionally small. This means professors know students’ names and have the capacity to provide individual support to position students for success. I love this about Huron. We build relationships that extend into the in-between spaces – beyond the lecture hall and even beyond our own disciplines. A liberal arts education at a small institution means engaging with diverse ideas routinely. My own research and teaching interests reflect the flexibility that is at the center of a liberal arts education.
