What I love about London Life: It’s a quiet and small city. Working in Toronto, I have realized it’s very different than London. Toronto gets chaotic and noisy. In London, it is so easy to find transportation and your way around. As the city is small, it’s also very easy to connect with other students, share my story and hear their stories.

Which Huron Residence I lived in: O’Neil-Ridley

Career Goal: Planning to go to grad and get a Master’s degree in International Development. As a career path, I see myself working in international development focusing on human rights, peace and security and various issues that UN works on.

I am a person who loves learning about people, about their background and about their way of life. I felt like I could see the same at Huron – I have always felt like a part of the community. There are times when everyone questions themselves if they belong somewhere, however at Huron, I believe I was able to feel connected with everyone. People will help you when they know what you need help with. You will always have an opportunity to reach out here, you just need to take the first step.
