Learn to Thrive (Co-Curricular Record Approved) 

Was your last academic year tough? Didn’t get the grades you had hoped for? Want to do better, but don’t know where to start? Learn to Thrive is a Wellness Services initiative aimed at supporting students to thrive, academically and personally. Build motivation, optimism, and resilience, along with learning strategy essentials like time management and effective studying.  

Learn to Thrive welcomes all students including those on academic probation, students with disabilities, mature students, international students, working students, and students raising or caring for families. We welcome racialized and marginalized students, Indigenous students, equity-seeking students, LGBTQQIP2SAA students. If you are ready to take a new approach to living and learning, we encourage you to register at here.
