Huron Hikes is a Wellness Services initiative that encourages physical activity to help reduce stress, improve concentration, bolster your creative problem solving and ground you in nature. An increasing body of evidence suggests that one of the simplest ways to improve well-being is to spend time outdoors.
This free, flexible and fun activity is available to all students at Huron.
