9:00 am – 9:30 am EST | Huron’s $100,000+ International Presidential Scholarship & Financial Aid for International Students Join Moustafa Ezz, Associate Vice President, Recruitment & International Relations to receive some tips and advice for excelling in the International Presidential Scholarship application. This scholarship is one of Canada’s most prestigious scholarships for international students and is worth up to $100,000+! Additionally, this session will explain a new financial aid form that can provide admissible international students with up to 50% of tuition coverage annually. The Huron International Financial Aid Form (HIFAF) is the first program of its kind for international students in Canada. Join this must-see session to learn how you can earn these scholarships, access exceptional financial support and how living expenses, income from work & internships all factor into your university budgeting plans. |
9:35 am – 10:05 am EST | Inside the Huron Student Experience Have questions about what being a Huron student is all about? Who better to ask than current students! Join a panel of Huron students to hear about International Welcome Week, Orientation Week, the 250+ clubs and sports you can join, and what a day in life is really like for our students on our campus and throughout the city of London, Ontario. Ask our students anything and hear their stories and advice on what university life is all about. |
10:10 am – 10:40 am EST | Faculty and Student Panels Have you applied to Huron or thinking of applying soon? Do you have questions about our programs, unique classroom learning experience, and what university education is all about? Join us for an open Question and Answer session with a faculty member and current students from each of our academic departments. Management and Organizational Studies (BMOS) What separates Huron’s Management and Organizational Studies program from others? Hear about our case-based method of learning, capstone projects with real businesses and global learning experiences. Students interested in our new Business Intelligence and Marketing & Sustainability streams, as well as Finance, Accounting & General Management will benefit greatly from this session. Our famous Career Accelerator Program in partnership with one of Canada’s leading banks, Scotiabank. Our partnership with the CORe program from the Harvard Business School. State-of-the-art Entrepreneurship and Social Innovation programming that will give you the connections, funding, and mentorship to turn your biggest dreams and passions into reality.
