Self Care and Vision Boards
Ask yourself: what do I want to feel, happen, do or be? Now picture it. Visualization is one of the most powerful things you brain can do. Come out to the Wellness Centre to create your own visualization of what you want from life, and place it where you’ll see it often so that, when times get tough, you have a reminder of what you are working towards.
While we create, we will chat about how to use these visualizations and how to take care of ourselves when challenges come up that seem to get in the way.
