Mindfulness Challenge 2019
What is the Mindfulness Challenge? It's an amazing 4-hour journey of mindfulness, heart opening, clarity and connection. We will be exploring mindful eating, movement, sitting and lying down. Also, we will be guided by mindfulness teacher trainer extraordinaire Susan Woods and movement guru Roberta Mohler!
This is an amazing way for beginners to dive in, and for experienced meditators to ride the wave of so many people practicing together.
This year's theme is “Clear Mind – Open Heart.”

All proceeds of this event and fundraising initiatives will go to The Centre for Mindfulness Studies. The money raised will bring mindfulness for mental health to marginalized people who live with depression, anxiety and other mental health challenges.
