Huron’s Mentorship Program connects Huron Alumni with student mentees who are eager to learn more about a specific industry. Huron's Alumni support our mission of developing "Leaders with Heart" by sharing valuable insights into their career path, roles, successes, challenges, and industry.
HOW IT WORKS
Huron’s Mentorship Program accepts applications year round, however matching is completed once per term. All applications will be reviewed upon receipt and matches will be confirmed in November and February. Mentors connect with their mentee regularly, a minimum of one hour per month, providing insight into their career path and industry.

To review mentorship progress, regular check-ins are conducted between the Mentee, Mentor, and Coordinator, Career Development.
Mentors and Mentees are asked to reflect upon their mentorship experience nearing the end of the formal mentorship process.
